How to Become a Life Coach?

The first one includes 60 hours of training, 100 hours of client work, and 10 hours of practicing under a mentor. For obtaining the Professional Certified Coach certification, you will have to undergo 130 hours of training, on the job practicing, and an oral examination. The Master Certified Coach advanced certification requires a substantial 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.
